Zumba® is a dance fitness program designed for all level of group exercise participants. All moves will be kept simple and engaging to keep you sweating and having fun.
Our instructor is Cheryl Sturt-Vail. She has 25 years experience with group exercise training and 10 with Zumba. She is able to break down all types of dance styles to make it easy for all people to enjoy and master.
Zumba: Mondays 5:45-6:45pm Clark School
