We offer three class options for Adult Yoga with long-time instructor, Leslie Formby. Make time for yourself with exercise and mediation and choose the one that works for your schedule!
Tuesdays at PMEC, 8-9:15 Intermediate Yoga
This 75 minute class includes gently flowing yoga poses, breath work, meditation and relaxation. Letting our breath lead our movements, we move gently through sun salutations as we strengthen, stretch and tone our body and mind! Previous yoga experience helpful. Wednesday Evenings at SHS, 6:30-7:45pm Combination Class of Gentle and Intermediate
This 75 minute class will bring the best of Gentle and Intermediate classes together. Leslie will have options for all students so that they are working at a comfortable level, allowing for both new and experienced students to participate. LOCATION: Mini Gym in Main Building
Thursdays at PMEC, 8-9:15 Gentle Yoga
Yoga poses, breath work, meditation, and relaxation are included in this 75 minute class. Improve flexibility and strength as you begin to tune in to yourself and build your ability to relax. Increase your joy and energy with gentle yoga poses that enliven and rejuvenate you. This class is suitable for all levels.
