Zoom at Home Edition:
While we are still under Stay at Home orders, keep up with your physical and mental health and well-being and Zoom Barre and Pilates classes with Shannon.
There is one global fee for all classes. Attend as many or few as you choose! Please be sure be join the meeting within 10 minutes of the start time to be included in the class for that day.
Class/Meeting times are:
Mondays from 6-7pm
Thursdays from 6-7pm
Saturdays from 9:30-10:30am

We hope to return to our past programming scedule when restrictions are lifted, but for now, Pilates and Barre are following the schedule found above the pink line. Thank you.
Classes are offered Saturday mornings and Monday and Wednesday evenings- it's easy to find a schedule that suits!
Pilates Mat is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements performed primarily on a mat. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core. This pilates mat class fuses classical principles and a more contemporary athletic approach to produce noticeable results through more challenging moves. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, energized and worked head to toe.
When: Mondays 6:00-7:00pm
Where: PMEC, 66 Brook Road
Power Barre is a ballet inspired fitness class that strengthens and tones the entire body. This hour class will be high intensity with low impact choreographed to fun music. NO dance experience is required and modifications can be made for all levels. Barre targets those hard to reach problem areas while leaving you feeling strong and healthy, and is a great addition to any cardio regiment and very beneficial to runners looking to strengthen their leg and core muscles.
When: Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm
Where: Peabody Mill Environment Center (66 Brook Rd)
Register for once, twice or three times a week. Shannon will ask you which classes you intend on attending. Any class that will have fewer than 4 regular attendees may be temporarily discontinued.

Shannon Daniel, your instructor, is certified in Pilates, Yoga, Paddle Board Yoga and Barre and is an Amherst resident.
