Paddle Board Yoga is an incredible experience. You can enjoy being outdoors, connecting with nature and getting mood-boosting vitamin D. Because it requires balance and stability to stay on the board, it will strengthen your core and build muscles in places you didn't know existed.
Paddle Board Yoga is an activity that can be performed by anyone, as long as you are willing to break out of your comfort zone and try something new. It teaches you to trust and to move beyond your fears. It doesn't matter if you've never practiced yoga before. There are poses for everyone!
NOTE: ALL participants must be able to swim; what this means is you must be comfortable if you fell off your board that you can make it back to your board and get back on. PDFs will be provided to all participants with your registration.

Fee: Choose 5 out of 6 classes: $65R; $75NR
Daily: $15R/$18NR per class
Paddle Boards are not included in the class fee. You may rent a paddle board below for an additional $5. Registration for the paddleboards is below the drop-in registration so keep scrolling down! Please note: Only 8 paddles boards will be available to rent...so don't delay if you need one!
